Shim Shim the Airedale Terrier, Annabel’s first dog
A photographer’s daughter, she specialises in creating fine-art portraits of our furry friends. An experienced dog whisperer, she’ll capture your dog’s unique character and spirit, creating whimsical, heart-warming photos that you’ll keep forever.
Her unique post-production techniques use colour, light and detail to bring your dog’s images to life.
Annabel got her first Airedale Terrier at five and named her Shim Shim.
Shimmy’s warmth, zaniness and unconditional love was unforgettable. Annabel has treasured dogs ever since.
But it’s not just dogs who enjoy the spotlight. Any kind of animal is welcome. Annabel also photographs cats, birds, horses, native wildlife… and even crocodiles!
She started Call of the Wild Pet Photography so she could spend more time doing what she loves. Her favourite part of the job is hearing the parents’ reaction when she delivers the final photos. Making people happy is one of the best jobs in the world.
Annabel is often out shooting our furry friends, and also shoots part-time for the RSPCA.
